A Note From Emily

Creating a Safe,
Nonjudgmental Space

Hi, I'm Emily Nyamoko. My approach to care is centered on you — your story, your experiences, and your goals. I believe that healing starts with feeling heard, understood, and supported.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, I'm here to help you make sense of what you're going through and create a path forward.

My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly share and feel empowered in your journey toward better mental health.

I use a combination of evidence-based approaches — including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) — alongside medication management when appropriate, to provide care that is both effective and personalized. Together, we'll develop practical strategies to help you cope, grow, and improve your overall quality of life.
